Privacy notice
Privacy and inquiry sharing
Last updated: October 9, 2026
What we collect
When you request a quote or ask to be matched, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email, optional phone number, project type, budget range, timeline, city, and any message. We use it to respond to your request and, only with your consent, to share it with the builder or builders described next to the consent checkbox.
How sharing works
A profile quote request is shared only with the builder named on that form. A matching request may be shared with up to three builders that serve the selected area. Consent is not preselected, and we record the consent time, form version, and source page to document your choice.
Directory analytics
The site records privacy-safe interaction totals such as profile views, phone-link clicks, website-link clicks, and form actions. These metrics do not include names, emails, phone numbers, street addresses, or free-form project notes.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a quote or matching request. To request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through a form, contact the directory owner through the contact and listing submission page and include the email address used in the request.
Important note
This notice describes the current website flow and should be reviewed by the owner or legal counsel before any expanded lead-routing, advertising, or billing program goes live.
